Dangerous Goods (DG):
Our highly trained specialists provide you with the necessary support and advice to ensure that your DG shipments arrive safely, securely and reliably.
Customs and Regulatory Solutions:
Put our experts in charge of your customs clearance. Alternatively, you can also designate your own customs-clearance broker for select FedEx Express® services using FedEx International Broker Select®.
FedEx Priority Alert (FPA):
An enhanced and reliable solution for your shipments that requires high degree of visibility and delivery compliance. It includes special onboarding, enhanced shipment status tracking and operational recovery procedures.
FedEx Priority Alert Plus (FPA+):
It includes all the features of ‘FedEx Priority Alert’ and pro-active intervention capabilities that includes re-icing, gel pack replenishments & cold storage.
On Demand Care:
An enhanced service for non-food items providing intervention such as Dry Ice replenishment and gel pack reconditioning / exchange, to protect the integrity of temperature-controlled shipments delayed in-transit.
This service is not available at all locations, also it is not guaranteed and is subject to the identification of the shipment and must be booked via Customer Service.
FedEx Delivery Signature Options:
Four delivery signature options can be chosen at the time of booking your shipment:
- No Signature Required: Signature is not mandatory to receive the package
- Indirect Signature Required: Mandatory signature required from someone at delivery address, from neighbour or building manager to receive the package.
- Direct Signature Required: Signature is mandatory from someone at the delivery address only in order to receive the package.
- Adult Signature Required: Signature is mandatory from any person of legal age at the delivery address to receive the package.
FedEx® Electronic Trade Documents (ETD) and Electronic with Originals (EWO):
Streamline your international shipments by uploading your customs documentation electronically to pre-clear your shipments, reducing the risk of your shipments being delayed in customs. Electronic with Originals (EWO) enables customers to upload customs documents for countries/territories that require paper copies for customs clearance. Uploading documents enables early broker reviews of documentation and advanced notice to resolve issues, minimizing the chance of missing paperwork.
