Why am I being charged an "additional handling surcharge - Dimensions" on my invoice?

When the dimensions of any package in your shipment meet the following criteria, an additional handling surcharge for dimensions will be charged.

measures greater than 121 centimeters along its longest side;
measures greater than 76 centimeters along its second-longest side; or,
measures greater than 266 centimeters in length and girth (L+2W+2H).
