For complete terms and conditions governing FedEx services, please refer to the reverse side of the FedEx International Air Waybill, and the Standard Conditions of Carriage to which they refer. In the event of any inconsistency, the limits of liability set out below shall take precedence.

4. Paragraph AA under “Liabilities not Assumed” on page 16;  
5. Paragraph C under “Packing and Marking” on page 19;  
6. Paragraph “Perishables or temperature-sensitive” on page 20;  
7. New paragraph 3 under “Prohibited Items” on page 21;  
8. Paragraphs 4 and 12 under “Prohibited Items” on page 21; and 
9. New paragraph 36 under “Prohibited Items” on page 22.
