Complete the form below to arrange a pickup for your FedEx shipment.

If you have a FedEx account, you can use our application "Schedule a Pickup" when logged in.

Drop off a shipment that is pre-labelled at the following locations.

Your booking request will always be scheduled for the following business day – (i.e. Submitted on Wednesday, booking for Thursday or submitted on Friday, booking for Monday)

Our pickup times are between 12:00-18:00, Monday-Friday. Deviations may occur depending on the postal code

Please confirm the address from where we are to collect your shipment in the below address fields

Other useful information such as door code / c/o address / goods reception should be noted in the "Instructions for the driver" field

Only one tracking number is required to be entered. However, multiple shipments can be picked up; please specify the number of shipments in the number of packages field

Please ensure the shipment is appropriately packed, a return label is placed in a pouch and not directly taped onto the package

If you are sending your package outside of EU, please ensure you have customs documentations on the package. Read more here about it.
