eInvoicing enables you to receive digitally signed invoices and credit notes in PDF format via FedEx Billing Online. You will no longer receive paper versions. The eInvoices issued by FedEx Billing Online incorporate a digital signature to confirm their origin, authenticity and integrity to both yourself and your local tax authority.
FedEx will send a notification via email and/or SMS including the planned delivery day to your residential recipient. If the proposed date is not convenient, the recipient can access a secure website link provided in the notification and request a change of the planned delivery date and/or location. Any changes requested are confirmed via an email and/or SMS to the recipient. On the day of the delivery, the recipient will be reminded that the shipment is on its way for delivery.
- Go to Login & Security within My Profile
- Choose when you want to use two-step verification. Enable two-step verification at login. You will also have the option to enable two-step verification when FedEx® detects login attempts outside of your country.
- Choose your preferred way to receive your code.
- When you next login we will ask you for your password and a one-time verification code (dependent on your selection).
FedEx Reporting Online has six standard open-access reports available to any registered user. See descriptions of the standard reports. Or you can access report descriptions from the online Report Results screen by clicking the “Show report legend” link.
- Go to FedEx Administration
- Select ‘Users’ in the left-hand navigation
- Select ‘Create New’ (at this step you can also import multiple users)
- Enter user information and login information (you can invite users to create their User ID information)
