At FedEx, we strive to ensure that your shipments arrive at their destination on time and undamaged. In the event of a claim, the Insured or their Representative/Agent is required to give notice to FedEx as soon as you become aware of any loss or even if there is a threat of potential loss.

For International claims, click here to download the claim form. You will need to complete this form and email it with the supporting documentation to Claims.NG@fedex.com.
