FedEx “Ship. Win. Celebrate” Campaign - Terms and Conditions
FedEx Retail Campaign is designed to collaborate between:
1. FedEx Express Transportation Services Nigeria Limited, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Nigeria, under registration no. RC157107 and having it registered office at 49 Raymond Njoku Street, Ikoyi, Lagos (“FedEx” ). 2. Red Star Express Plc, a company existing under the laws of Nigeria having its registered address and principal place of business at 70 Murtala Mohammed International Airport Road, Lagos, Nigeria (“RSE”).
Campaign Overview:
FedEx’s “Ship. Win. Celebrate!” promotion, which is only available at selected Red Star Express stores. This promotion is designed to reward existing customers, attract new customers, and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who value special deals. The focus of this campaign is on frequent shipping, encouraging participants to ship a minimum of 3 international parcels within a span of 4 months to qualify for an instant prize.
Eligibility:
1. The campaign is open to all existing FedEx customers, walk-in prospective customers, and small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). 2. Participants must be of 18 years old and above and a resident in Nigeria to be eligible to participate.
Campaign Period:
The “Ship. Win. Celebrate!” campaign will run from December 11, 2023, to April 7, 2024. All eligible shipments must be sent within the campaign period to qualify for the promotion.
Campaign Criteria:
To be eligible for the “Ship. Win. Celebrate!” campaign, participants must:
1. Send their parcel through the selected 54 participating Red Star Express retail outlet.
2. Ship a minimum of 3 international parcels within the 4-month campaign period.
3. Upon successfully shipping the required number of parcels, participants will receive an instant prize.
Prize Information:
1. The instant prize will vary and is subject to change based on availability. Prizes may include but are not limited to promotional Items or other merchandise.
2. Participants will receive their instant prize immediately after completing the qualifying shipments. 3. Participants who meet the qualification criteria will receive an instant prize. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
Prize Redemption:
1. Upon qualifying for the instant prize, participants will be notified by the store personnel at the Red Star Express retail store.
2. Participants must present a valid means of identification and the original shipping receipts as proof of eligibility and qualification.
3. All prizes must be claimed within 3 days after notice. Failure to claim the prize within the time limit indicated may result in disqualification.
Campaign Disqualification:
Participants will be disqualified from the campaign if they:
1. Fail to meet the minimum shipment requirement within the campaign period.
2. Provide false information during the campaign registration process.
3. Engage in fraudulent activities or attempt to manipulate the campaign terms.
Privacy and Data Usage:
1. Participant information collected during the campaign registration process will be used solely for campaign-related communication and verification purposes.
2. FedEx and its partners will handle participant data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
General Terms:
1. FedEx reserves the right to add, modify, change, vary any or all the terms of the campaign/promotion and the same shall be binding on all parties at all times.
2. FedEx takes no responsibility for customers’ entries that are lost, incomplete or undelivered due to reasons outside of its control.
3. FedEx may choose to revoke the program without any prior notice of any form at its sole discretion, without having any liability/consequences whatsoever towards any participant.
4. This program is not applicable for FedEx employees, Red Star Express staff and vendors.
5. By entering into this “Ship. Win. Celebrate!” promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All decisions made by FedEx are final. FedEx may disqualify a participant from receiving any prize and participating in the program if FedEx has reasonable grounds to suspect that the participant may be in breach of any of these terms and conditions or evidence of fraud is discovered.
6. DATA PROTECTION: Information collected during the entry to the program may be retained by FedEx and its group companies to properly process the submission of the participants and for the performance of the program. FedEx shall comply with all mandatory applicable laws and regulations concerning data protection and privacy.

8. Any dispute or request for clarification can be lodged with Red Star Express, who will refer such dispute or request for clarification to the FedEx DSM.
