How do Funds Transfer & Others work?
Please quote your invoice number when you are making payment for a single invoice or include your FedEx account number when you are paying multiple invoices. This will ensure that your payment is processed in a timely manner and your account balance is up to date. For your convenience, there are a number of ways for you to settle your bill.
Funds Transfer
Instruct your bank to transfer funds to one of accounts below and notify us by sending an email to
MY-paymentadvice@fedex.com. Please remember always to include your FedEx Account Number, Invoice Number, and the Payment Amount in your email.

Simple Steps to Make Payments with JomPAY:
Step 1: Look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code (8797) on your invoices.
Step 2: Login to your Internet or Mobile Banking Account and look for JomPAY.
Step 3: Enter the payment reference 1 and 2 on your invoices, Statements of Account (SOA) and Dunning Letters and confirm payment.
