Select the date and service.

• You must drop off your package at any of our FedEx locations or you can schedule a pickup.


• In case you are scheduling a pick-up, please contact our call-center at 55 5228 9904 to confirm or re-schedule the pick-up, using the pick-up code that FedEx Ship Manager Lite will give you.


• You can choose the Hold at Location option so that the person that receives the package can pick it up whenever they want.

Select your payment method and you will receive confirmation shipping.

• Once the payment has been confirmed, the shipping label will be donwloaded automatically.
