Additional Handling Surcharge — Non-stackable (AHS-NS)
A surcharge to any FedEx International Priority® Freight and FedEx International Economy® Freight shipments containing at least one piece, skid or pallet that is non-stackable. Non-stackable means that a piece, skid or pallet cannot be stacked vertically in a safe and secure manner. Charged once per shipment, even if multiple pieces identified as non-stackable are bundled in a shipment.
Minimum Billable Weight for FedEx Express Packaging
Effective Jan. 21, 2013 FedEx Express shipments packaged in FedEx Express boxes and tubes will be subject to a minimum billable. Minimum billable weight for FedEx Express tube is 4 kg. & for FedEx Boxes is 1 kg.

Address Correction
If a recipient’s address on an Air Bill, Air Waybill or shipping label is incomplete or incorrect, we may attempt to find the correct address and complete delivery and we will assess a surcharge. If we are unable to complete delivery, we are not liable for failing to meet our delivery commitment.
For FedEx International Broker Select, the address correction surcharge will apply if the broker’s address is incomplete or incorrect on the Air Waybill or other shipping documentation. If we cannot determine the correct address or cannot reach the broker, we may attempt to contact the sender for address clarification or instructions to return the shipment. If we are unable to complete delivery under these circumstances, we will not be liable for failing to meet our delivery commitment.
Declared Value for Carriage1
The Declared Value for Carriage fee is US$0.97 per US$100.00 in declared value, with the first US$100.00 or US$20.00 per kg (whichever is greater) free. The maximum Declared Value for Carriage varies by country and type of service , but shall not exceed US$50,000.00 per shipment (US$100,000.00 for FedEx International Priority Freight shipments), For Items of Extraordinary Value, there is a limit of US$1,000.00 or less, depending upon destination country. The Declared Value for Carriage may not exceed the Declared Value for Customs. Call FedEx for more information.

Declared Value for Letters and Paks
FedEx Letter maximum declared value is US$100.00 and up to 1/2 kilo, or 30 unfolded pages. FedEx Pak maximum declared value is US$100.00 and up to 1 kg. Over 1 kg use FedEx International Priority rates.
Dimensional Weight
Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height of each package and dividing the total by 5,000 if the volume is in centimeters, or by 0.005 if the volume is in meters (the fractions of half a kilo are rounded off to the following half kilo).

Duties & Taxes
To ensure the fastest delivery possible, FedEx prepays the assessed customs duty and taxes for your express shipments. And charge them to your FedEx Account.
Fuel Surcharge
All shipments are subject to an adjustable fuel surcharge. The surcharge percentage will be subject to adjustment monthly using a rounded average of the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) spot price for a gallon of kerosene-type jet fuel, as published monthly by the U.S. Department of Energy.
Changes to the FedEx Express fuel surcharge will be applied effective the first Monday of each month. The surcharge percentage will be reflected on your FedEx invoice. The percentage for each month will be available at fedex.com approximately two weeks before the surcharge is applicable.
Limits of Liability
The maximum liability for loss, damage or delay or any claim with regard to any shipment is limited to US$100 or US$20.00 per kg (whichever is greater), unless the shipper declares a greater value for carriage and pays an additional fee.
Payment Terms
Invoices for transportation charges are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Duties and taxes are charged to the FedEx Account.
