Services
General
When you move from TNT to FedEx, we’ll open a FedEx account for you – giving you access to new services and tools.
For a short period of time, you’ll have access to both your TNT and FedEx accounts. This is to help ease the transition.
After this period, your TNT account will be deactivated and you’ll only be able to ship with FedEx.
While FedEx services have different names, we offer you similar services to those you used with TNT.

You can still book Special Services with TNT by contacting us. Just bear in mind you can no longer book Special Services online.
Your FedEx account numbers can only be used for FedEx services.
Most TNT services have been combined under FedEx services to bring everything under one roof. You may not notice your usual TNT service yet but in most cases, there is a similar FedEx service that you can choose from.
Here’s a full guide to match services between TNT and FedEx.
Can’t find the exact TNT service you’re looking for? Not all TNT services as you knew them before will move over to FedEx.
Please note that if you used to ship both parcels and freight with TNT, you can still do this with FedEx — you’ll just need to split the freight and parcel.
If you need extra guidance, please contact us or reach out to your Sales representative. They’ll be happy to help and find you just the right service for your shipping needs.
