For exports, usually. FedEx will take care of the customs clearance process for your FedEx shipments – unless you choose your own broker.

For imports, it depends. The customs clearance process for shipments you receive as imports will depend on which shipping partner your suppliers choose. If they currently ship with TNT, your import customs clearance will remain with TNT until TNT and FedEx are fully integrated in your country.
