Once your TNT account is deactivated, your TNT personalized rates will be replaced with regular rates when booking shipments.
You’ll also receive new FedEx rates which have been calculated based on your shipping history and what you paid before.
When you move from TNT to FedEx, we’ll open a FedEx account for you – giving you access to new services and tools.
For a short period of time, you’ll have access to both your TNT and FedEx accounts. This is to help ease the transition.
After this period, your TNT account will be deactivated and you’ll only be able to ship with FedEx.
Don't worry, we'll take care of transferring your address book and other data from myTNT over to FedEx — but here’s how you can do it too.
If you have a myTNT address book:
- Log in to your myTNT account
- Click 'Address book' on the left side of the screen
- Click 'Download address book' at the top-right of the screen
- Choose to download your address book in 'FedEx format (.csv)'
- Log in to your FedEx account
- Click on the 'Import/Export' tab at the top of the screen
- Choose to import to your central or personal address book in the 'Choose action' section
- Follow the prompts and choose the file you downloaded from myTNT
- Confirm that the file type selected is 'fedex.com address book (.csv)' before importing
- Click 'Import'
If you have an address book that's not from myTNT:
- Log in to your FedEx account
- Click on the 'Import/Export' tab at the top of the screen
- Choose to import to your central or personal address book in the 'Choose action' section
- Follow the prompts and choose the file you want to import
- Select your address book file type from the list
- If the file type isn't on the list, check the 'Map my file fields to the FedEx import template' box
- Click 'Import'
- Map the fields on the left to the relevant FedEx field on the right
- Click 'Use this mapping'
To add FedEx to your company's payment system, simply:
1. Follow your company's process of setting up suppliers
2. Provide the following account details:
- Bank name: BGL BNP Paribas
- Bank account number: LU35 0030 1923 0686 0000
- SWIFT code: BGLLLULL
- Beneficiary name: FedEx Express Luxembourg SÀRL
3. Remember to reference your invoice number in payments
Finally, please note the bank details for FedEx and TNT services are different.
