Your key moments
Your move over to FedEx will happen in three stages.
You'll receive an email detailing two important dates — when your FedEx account will be ready and when your myTNT account will be deactivated.

- We'll set up your FedEx account number
Next, you will be notified when your FedEx account is ready to be activated. During this stage, you can ship with both TNT and FedEx — this will help you get settled and make the move a little bit easier.

- Create a password to activate your FedEx account
- Add your colleagues as new users
- Set up FedEx® Billing Online to track, manage and download invoices
What we'll manage for you
- We'll transfer your address book and other data from myTNT over to FedEx — only your shipping history won’t be transferred.
- We'll provide you with personalized FedEx rates
Finally, you’ll receive an email when you can no longer ship with your myTNT account – only with FedEx. After this date, your myTNT account will be deactivated.
