Customize Delivery Options

Four steps to enable your customers to choose their preferred delivery option at no cost:

STEP 1
Prepare shipments using any FedEx automation tools, such as FedEx Ship ManagerTM at fedex.com.

STEP 2
Under the "To" section, leave the "Company" field blank, or "Company" equals your customer's "Contact name."

STEP 3
Under the "To" section, provide your customer's mobile phone number. 

STEP 4
(Optional) Under "Shipment notifications", provide your customer's email address.

Tips TIPS

  1. Your customers will receive timely notifications with a link to a secure portal where they can choose from a variety of delivery options.

  2. Only shippers can initiate the FedEx Delivery Manager service for their recipients.

  3. Please provide a valid mobile phone number in the "Phone no." field.
