FedEx Import Tool – Importer Profile Registration Form

Welcome to the FedEx Import Tool Registration Form! This form is used to register your Importer Profile in our customer profile database.  With this profile created, once your customer profile is matched in our clearance process, you will have full visibility of your import shipments through the FedEx Import Tool.

Important Note: You should not provide clearance instructions nor submit supporting documents through this form. The information you provide in this registration form will be collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found at Privacy Policy/Statement. By submitting the following Importer Profile registration form, you expressly agree with the following Conditions of Use.

Conditions of use:

  1. Only customers who have a business registration number, Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) can apply for access to FedEx Import Tool.
    For individual customers, according to Article 254-2 of the Customs Act, PCCC or other personal information must be submitted to customs in order to proceed with the customs clearance of personal package.
    * In case of any changes to the issued PCCC information (name, phone number, address), recipients should promptly update the modified details on the KR Customs website. ( If the registered information and the consignee’s PCCC/name/phone number do not match, customs clearance may be restricted.)
  2. Registration requests cannot be made on your behalf by a third-party.
  3. You can request to add or delete email address under Importer profile.
  4. Please note that it may take several business days for us to process your request before you can access FedEx Import Tool. We will inform you separately when your registration is complete. After successful registration, if there is still insufficient information with which to declare your import shipment, we may notify you about missing clearance information through the email address(es) registered under your Importer Profile.
