1. Consent to the Collection and Use of Customers' Personal Information by the Company

A) Purpose of the Collection and Use of Personal Information: To provide Customs Services and perform ancillary duties [import and export declarations of goods pursuant to the Customs Act, duty drawback (including refund application) for breaches of contract, etc. ]

B) Personal information collected: 

• (For individual customers): Personal Customs Clearance Code, name (consignee individual’s full name as registered with Korea Customs in Korean and English), requestor’s name (a name of person in charge of clearance), address, postal code, telephone number (phone or mobile number), email address, and bank account information in case of a duty drawback when there is a breach of contract (account holder name, bank name, account number)
• (For corporate customers): business registration number, company name (Korean and English), name (CEO name), requestor’s name (a name of person in charge of clearance), department, telephone number (phone or mobile number), company address, postal code, email address, and bank account information in case of a duty drawback when there is a breach of contract (account holder name, bank name, account number)

C) Retention and Use Period of Personal Information: Until the purposes of using the personal information are attained pursuant to the law(In case of mandatory information for import declaration, it will be up to 5 years according to Customs Act)

D) Information on the right to refuse consent and the refusal of consent: Customers have the right to refuse consent to the provision of their personal information as described above. However, refusal to provide consent may result in restrictions on the Company’s performance of Customs Services.

2. Consent to the Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party

A) Items Related to the Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party

• Recipient of Personal Information: Korea Customs Service

• Purpose of Using Personal Information: Customs charges and collection, shipment management

• Provided personal information items:

1.
