How do I cancel a pickup?

If you scheduled a pickup through FedEx Ship Manager™, you can cancel online by going to schedule a pickup online and following the steps below. Please note that you will be asked to log in if you have not already done so.

  1. On the online shipping application, click the "Pickup History" tab
  2. Check the box next to the scheduled pickup you would like to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel pickup"
  4. Select "Yes" to the question, "Do you want to cancel this pickup?"
