When should I file my claim?

If your shipment included partial or complete loss, damage, delay or collect-on-delivery (C.O.D.) payment that were not received, you should file a claim within 21 calendar days of the delivery date. For any non-delivery or misdelivery of your shipments, you should file a claim within nine months of the ship date.
