Get Account-specific Rates
Six steps to get your account-specific shipping rates:
STEP 1
Click "Account" at the top of the page, and select "FedEx Rate Sheet" tool.
STEP 2
Log in with your fedex.com User ID.
STEP 3
Under "Generate" tab, select the FedEx account and FedEx Services to request a rate sheet, then go to the "Display Options" section.
STEP 4
Choose display options which includes effective date, language, currency, and unit of weight. The effective date can be viewed for the last 12 months or the upcoming 45 days, with some exceptions.
STEP 5
Name your rate sheet. You may also name and save the profile used to generate the rate sheet.
STEP 6
Click "Request Rate Sheet", a link will be available for you to view and download within minutes.

TIPS
You may save the service selections and display options in a template by naming a profile. For example, a profile named 'Domestic Rates - Spanish,' may include all domestic services and their rates, displayed in Spanish.
If you don't have access to FedEx Rate Tool, please contact FedEx Administrator* in your company/organization, and ask them to register your name under the account and grant you permission to use the tool. Please refer to the “How to register user and grant access to FedEx Rate Sheet tool?” video for guidance.
