Create a fedex.com User ID
Six steps to create a fedex.com User ID:
STEP 1
Make sure you have created a 9-digit FedEx account.
STEP 2
Click ‘Sign up/Log in’ at the top right of the page, and click ‘Create User ID (For Existing Accounts).’
STEP 3
On the ‘Contact Info’ page, select create a User ID and password, choose a secret question and enter your contact information.
STEP 4
After reading the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, click the ‘I Accept’ button to proceed.
STEP 5
On the ‘Account Info’ page, enter your FedEx account number and click ‘Continue.’
STEP 6
When successful, you will see the Confirmation screen.

TIPS
Remember you first have to open a FedEx account before you can create a fedex.com User ID.
When creating a password, please note that it cannot contain your Company Name, First Name, Last Name or Email Address.
Your fedex.com User ID allows you to use a variety of our online tools to support your international shipping activities.
Please input the contact information in English only.
After creating a fedex.com User ID, you can login to your account to enable "Two-step verification". Please refer to the video "See how to enable two-step verification for enhanced security" for more details on how to do so.
