How do I cancel a pickup?
If you scheduled a pickup through FedEx Ship Manager™, you can cancel online by going to schedule a pickup online and following the steps below. Please note that you will be asked to log in if you have not already done so.
- On the online shipping application, click the "Pickup History" tab
- Check the box next to the scheduled pickup you would like to cancel
- Click "Cancel pickup"
- Select "Yes" to the question, "Do you want to cancel this pickup?"
