FedEx Remote Pick-Up Request Form - Inbound Shipment

Complete this form to request FedEx pick up your shipment when the pickup location is in another country. The information mentioned below will be entered in our worldwide booking system

By submitting this form, you confirmed shipment, airway bill and clearance paper are ready for pick up.

Concerned the remote pickup request will be affected by some uncontrollable issue (as time difference / public holiday / sender cannot be always in business and so on), FedEx cannot promise you for exact pick-up time.

Complete sender information including shipper cell phone number and commodity description will be helpful on remote pick up.

 

Operation hours for submission: 09:00 to 21:00 on working days
 
  1. You will receive email feedback containing the Case Number within 4 hours for request submitted during business hours;
  2. If you submit request outside of business hours, you can expect to receive an email with the Case Number before 13:00 on the following working day;
  3. If you have urgent requests during public holidays or outside of regular business hours, please reach out to the Customer Service Hotline.

• If you do not have the tracking number, kindly visit the FedEx official website to generate an air waybill and obtain the tracking number.
• If it is a multiple packages shipment, please enter the master shipment tracking number.

• Please provide the packed shipment dimension in the order of Length, width, and height, and separate the number with "x".
• Please provide the package quantity right after the same dimension size by using the "-" as package quantity separator. If the package information is more than one, please use "/" as separator.
• Example: 2 boxes of packages with length, width, and height of 30 cm; 5 boxes with length 40 cm, width 12 cm and height 3 cm. The value is 30x30x30cm-2/40x12x3cm-5.
