Get peace of mind fast with picture proof of delivery
We now provide picture proof of delivery for residential shipments released without a signature in Europe, U.S and Canada. With visual confirmation of delivery, you know exactly where your package was left.
How it works?
When you create your shipment, just select the Non-Signature Required option. Your FedEx driver will snap a picture of your package, at the delivery site, and it will automatically sync to your tracking number.

By creating an account, you can choose delivery times and schedule pickups.
Once you’ve signed in to the app, you’ll be able to follow the status of any FedEx Express shipment with a valid tracking number.
Within the logged-out state of the app, go to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Login’. Then click ‘Forgot your user ID or password?’
On the ‘Restore method’ screen, you can reset your user ID or password. If you have an iPhone with Touch ID, you can select that method. Alternatively, go to fedex.com and select ‘Forgot your password or ID?’
