- An accurate Harmonized System (HS) code
Including the correct Harmonized System (HS) code will help ensure the description of the goods is understood by the authorities in all countries. You can find an item’s Harmonized System code online using an HS code search tool or on your country’s government website
- Country of origin
List the country of origin of your goods. This is where the goods were manufactured, not where you’re sending the goods from.
- The recipient’s contact details
In case the customs authorities in the Asia Pacific market you’re shipping to need to contact the receiver with questions, you need to provide your receiver’s details
