The information is intended for private consumers who ordered a pickup for a shipment.

In case of a request to cancel a transaction (shipment), the following are the channels through which you can contact us to cancel the transaction:

We recommend contacting us by phone to receive a quick response to the cancellation request.

**Please note that the option of sending a letter by registered mail is not recommended for canceling a transaction, because the registered letter is expected to arrive after the pickup date that corresponds to the delivery.
