How to prepare your shipment
Preparing your return shipment correctly helps it get back to the sender without damage or delay. Here's how to do it:
- Place the return item back into its original packaging or any other suitable packaging. Need more info on how to pack? Check out our guide.
- Securely seal the package and remove any old tags or labels.
- Attach the return label to your shipment, making sure the barcode is clearly visible. The return label could be:
- A printed label inside the original shipment
- A label you can print off yourself, which includes return information prefilled by the sender
- A label you can print off yourself, which you need to fill in
If you're not sure where to find the return label, please contact the sender.
