General questions
All data for FedEx shipments that have been invoiced.
These are the reports currently available:
- Shipment Detail: detailed shipment information with charges, weight, pieces included, shipper / recipient information and more.
- Customised Shipment Detail: to include only the information you need (for instance international shipments, package type, shipment delivery date, and much more).
- Surcharge Detail: breakdown of surcharge information including taxes, declared value, address correction, fuel charges, and more.
- Dimmed Packages: shipments that have greater dimensional weight than original weight.
- Address Correction: shipments that required an address correction.
- Account Master: itemized account data for a specific account including revenue, territory, first ship date, status and summarized charge info.
- Shipper Summary: summary of expense and volume by shipper.
We’re constantly updating FedEx Reporting with new features, so check back regularly.
You can request up to 24 months of data on your dashboard and in your reports.
Setting preferences allows you to see your dashboard and run reports the way you want. You can set preferences like date and time, weight and dimensions, currency, and more.
You can create groups to run reports for by going to Manage accounts and groups.
Try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that fixes the problem. If it persists, contact your usual FedEx Sales Representative. Be prepared by having your nine-digit FedEx account number and fedex.com login credentials (user ID) handy when you call.
