A Freight Forwarder is a third party who assists individuals or businesses in arranging and managing shipments. They partner with freight forwarding companies to handle logistics and ensure goods move seamlessly from origin to destination.

• Preparing all documents necessary for importing or exporting goods.
• Selecting freight forwarding companies to move goods to their destination.
• Negotiating freight charges on behalf of their clients.
• Combining shipments to lower transportation costs.
• Managing inventory during the storage and transportation processes.
• Filing insurance claims when necessary.
