Documents you need for shipping to Poland
- Commercial Invoice - Includes all the important information customs will need to clear your package although they may still decide to examine it. It's important that your invoice is filled out properly. Read more about what to include or download a free template.
- Air Waybill - This receipt is generated when you arrange to send a parcel from the UK to Poland. It contains key information on the shipment, billing, and contact details for you and the receiver.
- Statement of origin - Is a declaration on the invoice to confirm where the goods were made or manufactured. If the value is above a certain amount, this needs to be registered with the authorities.
