To arrange pickup of your FedEx return shipment please complete the form below. If you have a FedEx account number you can also use our Schedule a Pickup application.

Please note:

If your request is received before 1pm, we will attempt collection today.
If your request is received after 1pm, we will attempt collection on the next business day.
Our usual delivery and collection hours are 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
We will collect from the address detailed on the shipping label. Please confirm this address in the fields below.
Please ensure the shipment is appropriately packaged and the return label is applied.
NB. only one tracking number needs to be entered, but multiple items can be picked up. Please specify the number of items below.
