How can I find my account number?

You can find your account number in two places:

  1. Your invoice
    It’s the nine-digit number in the top right-hand corner of your invoice, which you can view in FedEx® Billing Online.
  2. Your online account
    - Log in to your account
    - Select My profile from the dropdown menu
    - Click Account management - you should see your number on this page
     

If you can’t see your account number, go to Create shipment and select Contact administrator. They’ll help you find your account number.
