Last-minute rates are available for FedEx® International Priority Freight and FedEx® International Economy Freight services for shipments exceeding 150 lbs. (68 kg), as well as for FedEx International Priority® and FedEx International Economy® services for shipments weighing more than 46 lbs. (21 Kg).

How to request a last-minute shipping rate
You can either complete an online form for a last-minute rate or check our rates and transit times tool for an instant quote on your freight and parcel shipments:
Contact FedEx. Request a quote by filling out the form or call our specialized Last-Minute Rate team with your shipping requirements at 809.565.3636 (Keyword: Last Minute Rates).
Review your offer. You’ll get a quote via email within an hour to review your rate options.
Make your choice. Select the rate that works for you by clicking “View Quote”. You’ll be directed to log in to your FedEx account to complete your shipment.
Confirm the rate. Review your shipment details and click “Book Now” to confirm capacity and book your shipment.
Confirm the shipment. Complete the information to generate the air waybill.
Schedule the Pickup. Follow instructions in your confirmation email for scheduling pickup, if needed, once quote has been confirmed.

Last-minute rates are subject to availability based on a variety of factors including but not limited to the weight/size of your shipment and the relevant route and will therefore display only if available.
Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to Last-Minute Rates. Contractual agreements on pricing and other features of service do not apply to Last-Minute Rates. Last-Minute offers are available for Express export and import shipments.
Prices are estimated based on your provided shipment details which exclude applicable sales taxes, customs duties and taxes, or surcharges that may be assessed at the time of shipment. FedEx standard calculations apply to determine dimensional weight. The fuel surcharge and other surcharges as set out on fedex.com will apply to the shipment.
If the declared shipment information, including the specified ship date, service, and payor account number, does not correspond with the shipment, or if the payor account is in cash-only status, the rates as set out in the FedEx standard list rates on fedex.com, or as expressly agreed in the relevant FedEx transportation services agreement will apply to the shipment.
Last-Minute Rates do not apply to Resellers and Freight Forwarders.
