A global network of delivery partners provide a local in-country experience for the recipient with retail points (PUDO). Delivery to over 220 countries and territories.
Monday to Friday — plus Saturday in some markets
Maximum size: 150 cm, no other dimension can exceed the combined girth of 250 cm.
Maximum weight: 30 kg (or 20 kg for pickup/drop-off at retail locations)
Note: Volumetric weight can be calculated with the following formula: length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) divided by 6,000.
DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) (DDU available for untracked shipments)**. With options for postal or commercial delivery.

To calculate girth:
1. Measure the three dimensions of your parcel in centimeters.
Example: 50 cm (Length) x 40cm (Width) x 30 cm (Height)
2. Add the measurements of the two smallest dimensions together, multiply the result by two.
Example: 40cm (width) + 30cm (Height)= 70cm x 2 = 140cm
Maximum girth for FIC tracked:
3. Now simply take the longest dimension and add this to the girth. The result is the combined length and girth of your parcel. Example: 50cm (length) + 140cm (Girth) = 190cm (combined length and Girth)
Please note the above dimensions are for our tracked service, dimensions for our untracked service differ. Untracked dimensions are:
Maximum size: 245 x 165mm for letters, 381 x305mm for flats, maximum single dimension 600mm for packets (maximum length + width + height is 900mm for packets)
Maximum weight: 100g for letters, 500g for flats, up to 2000g for packets
Maximum thickness: 5mm for letters and 20mm for flats
Typical envelope size: DL C6 C5 for letters, C4 for flats and C3 for packets
All untracked products will charged at deadweight pricing.
