The fuel surcharge percentage for FedEx Express International services is subject to weekly adjustment based on the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) spot price for a gallon of kerosene-type jet fuel as published weekly by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).

The fuel surcharge rate for FedEx Express^® services applies to FedEx Express International export and import transportation charges published in Europe.

As of 22 August 2022, the fuel surcharge for each FedEx Express international shipment is assessed on the net transportation rate and the following transportation-related surcharges:

• Extended Area Service (Out-of-Pickup-Area or Out-of-Delivery-Area surcharge); 
• Demand Surcharge (formerly called Peak Surcharge)

As of 7 October 2024, the International FedEx Fuel Surcharge will increase. Updated table will be available beginning 4 October.
