Here's what you need for your application:

Single Shareholder Limited Liability Companies:

Original Copy of the Settlement Agreement on FedEx Services Account*.
Photocopy of a valid business license*.
Photocopies of the front side and back side of a valid National Identification* of the Legal Representative shown on the business license.
Authorization Letter* signed by the Legal Representative shown on the business license (A letter template will be sent to your email address by our Customer Service representative).

* Must be stamped with official seal

Other Business Entity Types：

Original Copy of the Settlement Agreement on FedEx Services Account*.
Photocopy of a valid business license* (or registration certificate/ permit equivalent to a valid business license).
Photocopies of the front side and back side of a valid National Identification* of the representative in charge of the shipping logistics (This will speed up the account opening process and allow you to enjoy a smoother shipping experience).
An authorization letter* signed by the representative in charge of shipping logistics (A letter template will be sent to your email address by our Customer Service representative).

Account Opening Steps:

Fill in the account registration form online.
Our Customer Service Representative will contact you within one business day to guide you through the process.
Submit the required documents (by giving them to our courier during shipment pickup or by post*).

When we receive your application, we will email you your FedEx account number within one business day. Please note that the approval process for monthly credit may take up to five business days.

We will update you by email or sms regarding your approval status.

We totally understand your needs and will offer temporary credit for your first shipment while we are processing your monthly credit application.
