Terms and Conditions
Campaign Requirement:
1. By submitting an entry into this campaign and clicked “Read and Agree to accept the Applicable Campaign Terms and Conditions”, you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign period: campaign commences on 01 Jun 2023 and concludes on 31 May 2024 (both dates inclusive). To be qualified for this Campaign, the referee who does not have FedEx account must successfully open a FedEx Corporate Account during campaign period.
3. Entry to Promotion
i. Entry into this campaign is open to participant (introducer) who has registered online at the designated promotion website, and who is existing FedEx Monthly Credit Account holder (a "participant”). FedEx Personal Shipper Account holder is not eligible for this campaign. FedEx Aggregate Account holders are not eligible for this campaign.
ii. If a participant is a FedEx Corporate Account, then an individual person may be nominated as its representative (“Nominated Representative”) and may enter the campaign on the participant’s behalf. The Nominated Representative may not enter the campaign in his/her own name or on his/her own behalf. Only one Nominated Representative is permitted per participant.
iii. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
iv. Incomprehensible, objectionable and incomplete entries will be invalid and will not be eligible for the rewards, which FedEx has the sole discretion to determine.
v. FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reasons.
vi. Every participant (introducer) can have maximum 2 referees award during the promotion period.
vii. The recommender shall be fully authorized to submit all information of the recommending company and the recommended company to FedEx, otherwise, the recommender will compensate FedEx for all losses incurred there.
Campaign Mechanism:
1. A participant (introducer) is required to introduce potential customers (referee) to open new FedEx Corporate Monthly Credit Account, during campaign period .and complete the signing of FedEx service and security agreement (monthly account agreement) and successfully activate FedEx within 30 days from the date of application for opening account number .The participants can obtain RMB 200 FedEx international Shipping voucher by Corporate Monthly Credit account. The shipping voucher can only be used for the qualified international shipments that shipped by the Corporate Monthly Credit account opened by the participants.
2. The qualified international shipments mentioned in this campaign must meet all the following requirements:
(1) Freight must be paid in full amount during the campaign using the FedEx designated account.
(2) Use designated FedEx account number to ship FedEx international priority (IP), FedEx international economy (IE), FedEx international priority freight (IPF) or FedEx international economy freight (IEF) services, both for import and export;
(3) This activity is not applicable to the collective shipments by multiple accounts. The collective shipments transportation does not meet the qualification of this campaign.
(4) Other criteria that listed elsewhere which applicable
Rewards Deliver:
1. The Shipping voucher will be sent to the e-mail of the recommended company within 3 months from the date of activation of the company's monthly account.
2. FedEx reserves the right to replace the reward stated herein with other items of equivalent value without notice. The reward stated herein cannot be exchanged for cash, cash-equivalents or any other gifts, goods or service of value.
3. Use of international Shipping voucher is subject to International Shipping Voucher Terms and Conditions.
International Shipping Voucher Redemption:
1. After received the invoice notification proceed by FedEx Revenue Operations via email. The FedEx Shipping voucher must be attached and submitted to: fsccn@fedex.com.
2. Please indicate the airway bill number that needs to deduct the shipping fee in the application email.
3. System will automatically send the "sales bill" to your registered invoice receiving mailbox after the airway bill adjustment department passed the audit. We will contact you if it is not approved.
Conditions of FedEx Shipping Voucher:
1. The FedEx shipping voucher is available for Monthly Credit accounts only.
2. Please pay the shipments during the designated campaign period.
3. The FedEx shipping voucher could be redeemed within the period indicated in the letter from FedEx.
4. The FedEx shipping voucher could be redeemed for International shipments one-off, limited to the freight charge, no to duty and tax, fuel surcharge, etc. No repeated redemption.
5. The FedEx shipping voucher is redeemed after Monthly Credit invoice notification, not for cash shipments (neither pre-paid by credit card)
6. The FedEx shipping voucher cannot be transferred, refunded, no re-issue if you lost the email from FedEx Marketing.
7. The balance of FedEx shipping voucher cannot be redeemed into cash, or cash-equivalents gifts.
8. FedEx freight voucher with incomplete / incorrect waybill number will not be proceeded.
9. The balance of payable after freight deduction shall be paid to FedEx according to the usual payment method.
10. FedEx shall not be liable for any claim, demand, loss, cost, expense and / or liability arising out of or in connection with the unauthorized use of the Shipping Voucher.
11. Content that meets the terms and conditions of other FedEx international freight voucher.
12. FedEx reserves the right to replace the prize with other equivalent items, which are subject to change without prior notice. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash, cash equivalent or other equivalent gifts, goods and services.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. FedEx Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a participant or other parties in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2. Eligibility excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx Express, its related entities, suppliers, subcontractors, service providers and agencies associated with the Promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office.
3. FedEx Express reserves the right to require the winner(s) to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding the winner(s) with the prize, confirming that the winner is not excluded from entry into this Promotion pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the winner(s) has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. Truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the rewards.
4. In the campaign of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
5. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the participant, each participant consents to the information he or she submits being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx Express in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes.
6. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reasons, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx Express, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, FedEx Express reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion.
7. The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Express Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Express Air Waybill and these Terms and Conditions, the former will control.
8. In the campaign of any discrepancies between participants and FedEx Express with respect to interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision made by FedEx Express will be final and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx Express will not be obliged to award the rewards if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
9. FedEx Express reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
