FedEx is very pleased to be the official provider of express transport services to the Baselworld 2020 - this year the eleventh time in a row. We hope to be of service to you with your domestic, import or export shipments. On this website we provide you with helpful and important information to make express shipping to and from the Baselworld fair easier.

We are very happy to take care of your international express and domestic shipments arriving at the Baselworld 2020. In order to proceed with your shipments, please consider the following points.

Only shipments with Broker Select Option and addressed to one of the following brokers can be accepted. Please contact the broker beforehand in order to set up an agreement on the billing of the broker’s procedural fees. Without prior approval, the broker will refuse the shipment and we will not be able to deliver.

Please complete the Air Waybill (AWB) with your data as follows:

Important: For shipments with a value up to USD 4.000 we can offer you Definitive Customs Clearance at Basel (BSL) airport with billing of the applicable Duties and Taxes (D & T) to the shipper (total D & T amount is below or equal to the broker’s procedural fees). D & T amount is not refundable. Cited goods have to be forwarded to a broker at the fair – unfortunately there is no FedEx clearance is possible.

If you would like to take advantage of this procedure, please complete the following Air Waybill (AWB) with your data:

Important: On the pro-forma invoice the following must be clearly stated: "Clearance at BSL airport, D & T to be charged to shipper".

We are happy to take care of your international express and domestic shipments from Baselworld to your selected destination. In order to proceed with your shipments, please consider the following points:

International express shipments

• The paperwork for your international express shipment will be prepared at our booth on-site. Please have this information at hand.
• The payment options are: Your FedEx account number or a Credit Card.

Domestic shipments

• The paperwork for your domestic shipment will be prepared at our booth on-site.
• The payment options are: A valid Swiss FedEx account number or a Credit Card.
