Instructions for track by tracking number
- Create a new email message. In the "To:" area, type track@fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line.)
- In the body of the message enter the shipment tracking number. To track multiple shipments/orders, you can enter up to 30 tracking/order numbers (one per line or separated by a comma).
- Send the e-mail.

- Create a new email message. In the "To:" area, type track@fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line.)
- In the body of the message enter "account" followed by a space and your FedEx account number. Only one account number is allowed per e-mail.
- Enter your reference number. You can enter up to 30 reference numbers at one time (one per line or separated by a comma).
