Obtaining Proof of Delivery
Do you have a tracking number?
With your tracking number, you can access the proof of delivery document once the package arrives — including the name of the individual who signed for it (if a signature was required). Also, if available, you can view a picture of the delivery when it’s left at the door, for express and ground residential shipments that do not require a signature.*
* Available within Canada, the US and select destination countries and territories where image capture is operationally supported.
