FedEx Ground COLLECT is a program that allows you, as the recipient, to be invoiced for shipping charges on your inbound packages. Not only does FedEx Ground COLLECT give you control of your inbound shipments, but it also offers the incentive of volume discounts from FedEx Ground*. 

To take advantage of FedEx Ground COLLECT, you need to be established as an “Authorized COLLECT Recipient”. Please contact your FedEx account representative or call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339. Once this is accomplished, you instruct your vendors, via routing letters, to start shipping all or some of your orders via FedEx Ground COLLECT.

Save on Shipping Charges
If you already use FedEx Ground, you may receive a volume incentive by paying for inbound COLLECT packages on the same account. Also, because you receive your invoices directly from FedEx, you can avoid any inflated handling and transportation costs often tacked on by vendors.

Gain Organization and Control
You receive a weekly itemized invoice listing vendors, weights, charges and delivery details that can help you maintain accurate records of your inbound volume and merchandise.

Vendor-Friendly
No automation is required by the vendors to ship via FedEx Ground COLLECT, so you can implement this program for all of your vendors. All that is required on their part is a FedEx account and FedEx Ground COLLECT bar-code labels.
