You can manage the entire shipping process, this includes:

- Creating shipping labels for your single or multi-piece shipments

Services and features
You can create international import or export shipments, and intra-Canada shipments. That includes anything from packages to FedEx Express® freight shipments.
FedEx Freight® (LTL) shipping is currently unavailable in the new FedEx Ship Manager application, but can still be done through the current FedEx Ship Manager option. If you are in the new FedEx Ship Manager application and need to return to the legacy FedEx Ship Manager experience, please use the left-hand navigation bar to select the option to return to the legacy version.
Yes, all regular FedEx Express and FedEx Ground services are available. However, their availability depends on the origin and destination country, weight, and shipment type.

Yes, you can set up shipment profiles.
Shipment profiles are handy if you send the same type of shipments regularly. This is because all the information is prefilled – so you don’t need to enter the details each time you ship. All your previously saved shipment profiles are also available in the new FedEx Ship Manager.
Yes, you can connect either a laser or thermal printer and have it enabled for one-click printing feature. Once the feature is enabled, your shipping labels would be automatically printed.

Yes, you can upload it using a CSV format.
- If it's the first time you're using the new online FedEx Ship Manager, you can upload your address book by selecting "Address Book" from the left-hand menu and then selecting "Import/Export" from the address book menu
- If you’re using the legacy version of the online FedEx Ship Manager, your address book will be synced so there’s no need to upload

General questions
The legacy FedEx Ship Manager experience is available for a certain period of time. To go back, click on "Views" in the top right corner of your screen and select "Return to legacy view".
No, any shipments created using the legacy and the New FedEx Ship Manager will be available in your shipping overview table.
To view a list of all your shipments and perform various actions on one or more shipments, click "Shipments" in the left-hand menu. For more details, refer to "Help" section in the left-hand menu.
When using the New FedEx Ship Manager experience, go to the top right-hand of your screen, click on "Views", and you will see both the compact and comfortable view options.
The new shipping tool is compatible with all modern internet browsers. However, for Internet Explorer specifically, we do not support IE10 or lower versions.
Yes, shipments created with FedEx Ship Manager will also appear in other FedEx tools such as FedEx Reporting Online® and FedEx® Billing Online (provided you’ve already registered).
