How to sign up
If you were already using FedEx Reporting Online, there’s no need to sign up for the new tool. Simply log in using your current fedex.ca user ID and password., then follow these steps:
- Set your preferences, then click Save and Continue after logging in for the first time.
- Choose your FedEx account numbers from the available list, then click Save and Finish.
- Explore the new dashboard page.

Frequently asked questions
FedEx Reporting is a user-friendly web application that provides access to your invoiced shipping data on a convenient dashboard. With it, you’ll be able to:
- Request, view, and download comprehensive reports on your business activity with FedEx, and track the status of report requests easily.
- Schedule weekly and/or monthly reports to fit your needs.
- Invite other registered users to run reports on your accounts if you have administrative access.
Please note that all data in FedEx Reporting is for invoiced shipments only.
It includes all FedEx Express and FedEx Ground data for invoiced shipments. For FedEx Freight (LTL), the tool will soon include both in transit and invoiced shipments.
We’ll be adding new reports and other features periodically.
The new FedEx Reporting dashboard now provides a streamlined overview of your data in the ‘Expense and Volume’ section. It also allows you to drill down to view more detailed information.
You can continue to use FedEx Reporting Online until is retired in January 2024.
To prepare for the transition, it is recommended to document the parameters of any recurring reports associated with your account groups, as well as download and save any custom report templates so you can recreate them in the new tool as needed.
To manage your administrative options, please use FedEx Reporting Online. We recommend making any adjustments before the retirement of FedEx Reporting Online, as your options will be transferred to the new tool. The ability to update these options will be available at a future date in the new tool.
The FedEx Reporting tool offers the ‘Shipment Detail’ report for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx Freight (LTL) and a ‘Shipment Breakdown’ report for FedEx Freight (LTL). Additional reports will be added periodically.
You can request up to 24 months of historical data on your dashboard and in your reports.
Here’s how to create new groups to run your reports:
- Go to the settings icon from your dashboard
- Select ‘Manage accounts and groups’
- Click on ‘Groups’
- Click on ‘Create Group’

These reports and features offer a variety of detailed shipment and billing information to help you better understand and manage your shipping activities.
Yes, there are alternative ways to get the same level of detail. Here’s how:
- The ‘Custom Parcel Claims’ is available via the ‘Parcel Claims’ report.
- The ‘Shipper Summary’ is available via the ‘Shipment Detail Report’ or a ‘Custom Shipment Detail’ report.
No, this report has been discontinued and is no longer available. We continuously evaluate our reporting offerings to ensure we are providing the most relevant and valuable information to our customers. After careful consideration, we decided to discontinue it.
If you are not already registered for FedEx Reporting Online, then you’ll need to create a fedex.ca user ID and password.
If you are experiencing issues with the FedEx Reporting tool, you may be able to resolve the problem by clearing your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, contact FedEx Technical Support at 1.877.339.2774. When you call, please have your nine-digit FedEx account number and fedex.ca user ID ready for assistance.
