You can redirect your package to a FedEx retail location by visiting our tracking page. Here’s how:
- Enter your Tracking ID.
- Locate and click Manage Delivery and then Hold at Location on the tracking results page.
- Enter the original delivery address for authentication.
- View and select from the list of available locations then click Submit.
For future packages, you can unlock a suite of delivery options or add additional instructions (e.g., side door, buzzer code, etc.) using FedEx® Delivery Manager.
Please contact the individual who shipped your package to modify the delivery address. If you require additional assistance, please contact a FedEx Customer Service representative by calling 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339.
Log in to your FedEx Delivery Manager account to manage active shipments and change delivery details.
Shipment updates are available once the package has been received by FedEx. If you already have a tracking number or reference ID, but don’t see any updates, it means the package is still at the shipper’s original location. Once FedEx picks it up, we’ll keep you informed until it arrives at your door.
The ROD fee applies to recipients with no FedEx Express account number or poor payment history. This fee is collected from the recipient at the time of delivery, in addition to any duties and taxes that may be applicable. Please note that depending on the fees owed the recipient may receive a phone call from FedEx to provide payment prior to delivery. If the item is duty-free and tax-exempt, then this fee will not be charged. For more information on this fee, please visit fedex.ca/ancillary.
To enjoy the convenience of not paying duties and taxes prior to, or at the time of, delivery, open and charge the fees to a FedEx account for your future deliveries.Â
You can stay in the know about your package’s status, including clearance and delivery exceptions by activating notifications.
