To get started, we’ll just need your first and last name as well as your email address.
To complete your profile, add your mobile phone number and home address then select your delivery preferences.
- Log in to FedEx Delivery Manager.
- Select Add Mobile.
- Enter your mobile phone number, select the checkbox and click Next. A verification code will be sent to your mobile device.
- Enter the verification code and click Verify.
- Select Add Address.
- Click Save.
- Select the checkbox to confirm your address.
- Click Confirm.
- Select the Delivery Preferences tab.
- Select Set Preferences.
- Choose Hold at Location or Deliver to My Address.
- Select/Enter details and click Save.
FedEx will usually verify your address automatically through a third-party service provider.
However, in some instances, you may be mailed a postcard that includes a 6-digit verification PIN. Log in to FedEx Delivery Manager, click Verify Now and enter the PIN.
FedEx Delivery Manager allows you to set your delivery preferences for future incoming packages.
It’s not required to get the full benefits of FedEx Delivery Manager — although it is a great tool. As a web-based service, you can access the same delivery options through your favourite browser.
This delivery option allows you to request to have your shipment held at a participating FedEx retail location for pickup.
If you choose to have your package held for pickup at a FedEx retail location, you will receive a notification when it is on its way, and when it is ready for you to pickup.
A FedEx retail location will hold your package at no extra charge for up to five business days.
Yes. You can change your profile preferences at any time. For shipments that are already en route, you may provide instructions by calling FedEx Customer Service at 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339.

You will receive notifications for future incoming packages, once you have completed your profile by entering your mobile phone number, home address and selecting your delivery preference.
You will receive a notification when your package is on its way. The notification lets you know whether your shipment will be delivered according to the preferences set in your FedEx® Delivery Manager profile.
If your settings are not applied, it means that your shipment was not eligible to be delivered according to the preferences set in your FedEx® Delivery Manager profile. Your shipment will be delivered to the address indicated on the shipping label provided by the shipper.

If you have not already added your mobile phone number, please follow these steps:
- Log in to FedEx Delivery Manager.
- Select the My Profile tab.
- Go to the About Me section.
- Click the Add Mobile button.
- Enter your mobile number, select the checkbox and click Next. A verification code will sent to your mobile device.
- Enter the verification code and click Verify.
- Scroll down to the Notifications section and select SMS text.
- Select Save Notifications. You will receive an opt-in text. Reply Yes.
- You will receive an opt-in confirmation text.

- Log in to FedEx Delivery Manager.
- Select the My Profile tab.
- Go to the Notifications section.
- Deselect SMS text.
- Select Save Notifications.
