Required Identification

You must present the following when picking up your shipment:

FedEx® tracking number.

Government-issued photo identification (ID) that includes the recipient’s address.

Additional Requirements

If you’re picking up on behalf of your employer, you must also present a company-issued photo ID or business card that includes the recipient’s address.

If a signature is required from someone 19 years of age or older, your government-issued photo ID must include proof of age.

Acceptable Types of Identification

You must present current, original, valid and government-issued photo ID. If your photo ID does not contain the applicable address, then you must provide proof of address as well.Â
