Delivery is held, unable to collect payment means we attempted to contact you about a shipment that requires the payment of charges, including duties, taxes and other related fees, prior to delivery. To make a payment, go to fedex.ca/paynow.

 

If your package status is 'Delivery is held, unable to collect payment':

  • Unpaid charges, including duties, taxes or other related fees may impact your package delivery date
  • Make a payment at fedex.ca/paynow
  • Once you’ve made a payment, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package as soon as possible
