Delivered
Delivered means that your package has arrived at its final destination.
To see a photo of the final delivery when it’s left at the door, simply enter your tracking number in our tracking tool (this feature is only available for residential deliveries in Canada and the U.S. that do not require a signature and may not be offered for every shipment).
If your tracking status says 'delivered' but you cannot find your package:
- Track your package and check if you’ve received a photo confirmation of your delivery, which can help you find it
- If the issue persists, click ‘Manage Delivery’ on the tracking page and select ‘Report Missing Package’
