How should I report a missing package or incorrect delivery?

For packages marked as delivered, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate and enter your tracking ID in the designated field.
  2. Click ‘Report Missing Package’ (under the delivery status or proof of delivery picture, if provided).*
  3. Enter the original destination address when prompted.
  4. Provide your name, phone number, and email address (optional), then choose text or email and confirm we can contact you.
  5. Click ‘Submit’ for a case number, then ‘Done’. Please make note of your case number.

What happens next?

To check the status of your case, go to the Customer Support page.

* This option is not available for FedEx Freight shipments.
