Can I change the delivery address?

  • To avoid issues with the delivery address, pick up your incoming package at a FedEx retail location by following the "redirect your incoming package" steps outlined on the Manage My Delivery page.
  • To update the delivery address apartment/suite number, visit the Virtual Assistant and ask to 'change delivery address'. Then follow the steps to 'change apartment #' and open a case with Customer Support.
  • For future deliveries, login or register for FedEx Delivery Manager to apply delivery instructions to clarify address issues.
